At Sportsfuel Supplements NZ, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a faulty product or changed your mind, our easy return process is designed to get you back on track with your fitness goals.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase for a change-of-mind return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Hamilton warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once received and inspected, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement product within 48 hours.
