Pure Beet Endurance can be used by a wide range of athletes to improve performance. When taken in the days leading up to an event, the combined effects of Beet Endurance can help athletes perform at higher intensities over shorter durations, or improve endurance over longer durations.
RECOMMENDED USE: Simply mix 3 lightly heaped tablespoons with 250ml water to ensure adequate fluid intake. Consume at least 3 – 4 hours before an event and for optimum results take daily as directed for 2 – 5 days before your planned event.
Avoid use of toothpaste, mouthwash or chewing gum at time of consumption as it may interfere with nitrate ingestion.
To preload in preparation for an event take 30g of PURE Beet Endurance powder each day in the 5 days leading up to race day. Alternatively, take 30g 3-4 hours pre exercise session.
